Imagine the most picturesque winter wedding you possibly can — that was Whitney + Mike’s incredible winter wonderland wedding! The pinch-me-I’m-dreaming Christmas cheer, inspired decor, sweetest and most loving families + friends, a rockstar bride + groom who were okay with braving the freezing cold for portraits, a pink wedding dress and winter peony-filled bouquet, Christmas movies projected onto the wooden walls of Terrain’s garden shed, slowly spinning records of the best 1940s Christmas music, a firepit with s’mores, market lights galore and even a golden hour sunset. It doesn’t get better than this, my friends! Whitney works for Anthropologie, so we knew their wedding would be detailed, but we were literally blown away! These two welcomed us in with open arms, made us feel like a part of the family, and are people we are glad to call friends now.
It’s hard to pick a favorite detail, but the black + white Christmas movies projected on the wall is seriously up there! Having “It’s a Wonderful Life” and “Miracle on 34th St.” playing around you added so much to the Christmassy cozy atmosphere – seriously a genius idea!
