In April, we traveled to Morocco with our best friends Julie + Shane! You’ve definitely seen their faces around here before, but this was a super fun + special trip because these cuties got engaged in Morocco, in the same desert 7 years ago! We had the absolute BEST time exploring all over Morocco, and I’m planning a full post soon with alllll the different towns, hotels, activities and restaurants we loved! First though, I had to share these photos we took of them in the Sahara Desert! We stayed at Caravenserai Luxury Desert Camp and it was the experience of a lifetime! The beautiful camp nestled in the edge of the desert had the kindest staff, and they transport you to the camp through the desert on camels! We all couldn’t recommend this camp highly enough if you’re going to Morocco and venturing out to Merzouga! There is an indescribable magical quality of the desert – the rose gold dunes and calm breeze give way to crazy sandstorms and winds at any moment, but we had the perfect weather!
