When you end a year as awesome as 2012 with a wedding like this, it’s like the pinnacle of happiness for a wedding photographer. We are so thankful for Julie + Shane, who have become dear friends, for choosing us to document their love. They’re ridiculously good-looking – but more than that, their faith + sense of holy commitment to each other and to God was so present throughout their wedding day. We were so honored to be a part of this gorgeous weekend, and even more thankful to have gained two friends in the process.
After a beautiful rehearsal dinner the night before, the day started with prep photos + capturing the “rustic glam” inspired wedding details.
Cloudy skies, a foot of fresh snow, and a Christmas tree farm? Perfection!
As if the fresh snowfall from the day before wasn’t enough….it started snowing!
Julie’s an artist, and created this massive sign out by the road to direct their guests in to the barn of General Potter Farm.
There might have been a little bit of dancing that occurred. 🙂
Their beautiful film by our partners at Willow Tree Film captured the day perfectly, too.
